The "Cancer this World Scourge".

Everyone talks about it, but Few I know that for at least 30 years there is a 4 month cure with guaranteed, total healing without any side effect for patients.
I speak, write, sing and play with the senses of the soul, which has its own personal code, which cares highly of the reason for a "System" built in Doc, where it is not always useful in the general interest of and for a well-being of the people and, in the end, I am convinced that, more than anything, your attention and your attentive and interested listening are enough for me.
Someone may also wonder why, I touch an argument so "Delicate and Scary in Contempo" for the masses of people.
Everything started in the case of the 12-year-old Mendrisiotto, sick with sarcoma, who was refused to cover the 3,000 francs treatment from the health insurance company to avoid recurrence. A case that struck me a lot, imagining the immense pain that certainly felt his family at that time.

"Sooner or later, in the course of one's existence, each one
we are confronted in spite of ourselves with tumors: four
people out of ten are affected directly and many
they have family members or acquaintances who have been diagnosed
an oncological pathology. Every year, in Switzerland, they occur
38,000 new cases of cancer, a datum that tends
to grow mainly due to the progressive aging
of the population.
However, the number of new ones is not increasing
cases, but also that of people who, thanks to progress
in terms of diagnosis and treatment, they survive
a tumor disease. Today, in our country, they live
about 300,000 people who are or have been ill
cancer. Twenty-five years ago they were only half.
It is a fact from which our society can not
regardless: tumors are becoming a kind
of chronic pathology and this means, on the one hand, a lot of suffering
and, on the other hand, an important challenge in terms of
financial and human resources for the health system.
The Confederation and the cantons reacted to
this situation by elaborating the National Strategy against
cancer 2014-2017, which establishes the main fields
intervention on prevention, assistance and
search. In the "Health2020" report, the Federal Council has inserted
the fight against cancer among health policy priorities.
The periodic processing of statistical data concerning
tumors is essential to improve the effectiveness of the
prevention, evaluate progress in the diagnostic field
and organize health care appropriately.
This second report on cancer, published by the Office
Federal Statistical Office (FSO), by the National Institute for Epidemiology
and cancer registration (NICER) and from
Swiss Register of Pediatric Tumors (RSTP), it is therefore
an important tool. To it will add well
soon the new federal law on the registration of the
cancer diseases, which provides for uniform registration
and complete data throughout Switzerland and improvement
of the possibilities of international comparison.
Our knowledge about cancer is still limited.
For example, we do not know what causes development
of the disease, we are not always able to diagnose it
timely and the organization of assistance
coordinated with patients remains complex. Hence the need
to continue to improve our data base
arrangement."

About 40 percent of people living in Switzerland are
they get sick of cancer in their life and diseases
tumors cause about 17,000 deaths each year.
In the face of these findings, one can not but underline
the enormous political, health and social importance of the
national monitoring of tumors and related registration
full extent of cases in the whole of Switzerland. Officers
politicians, doctors and specialized organizations need
complete epidemiological data to be able to take
evidence-based decisions on prevention and
treatment.
Currently, in 23 cantons, they are registered in
systematic way data on tumors that are later
grouped and analyzed at the National Institute
for epidemiology and cancer registration (NICER)
as a coordinating body. The registration
of cancers throughout Switzerland will become reality by
2018, once the federal law on the
registration of tumor diseases prepared by the Department
Federal Office of the Interior (FDHA) and of which it is in progress
the parliamentary process. The new law will help to modernize
the cancer registration system in Switzerland.
The bill provides for the completion of the
epidemiological data provided today by the registries of tumors with
further information on the course of the disease and treatment
administered. In this way, the data of the registers of the
tumors will be used in the future to ensure
quality in the oncology field and will be thrown solid
bases to optimize anticancer therapies and improve the
quality of life of the people involved.
This report is based on the data of the cantonal registers
of tumors, of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO) e
of the Swiss Register of Pediatric Tumors (RSTP). In this
I intend to thank you as the president of NICER
all for the precious collaboration. The next
stage will consist in bringing the results together in the Strategy
national cancer campaign 2014-2017, to which the NICER
is contributing in close cooperation with its own
partners at national level.
Tumors can occur at any age and affect newborns
as well as very old people. Although
infrequent, childhood neoplasms register each
around 190 new cases in Switzerland. Although the majority
part of the small patients can be cured, the deaths
however, for cancer they represent the second most frequent
cause of mortality for this age group.
Pediatric tumors differ from those
of adulthood not only in terms of incidence, but
also and above all of localization, course of the
disease and response to therapies. We must also keep
present that the children's organism is still undergoing
development and growth and reacts particularly
sensitive to certain forms of therapy. The disease and the
treatment are then often a source of great discomfort,
uncertainty and tension and represent a huge challenge
for the family and the social circle of the sick child.
Assistance and support are therefore indispensable
motivated professionals from different disciplines.
Only the detection on the entire national territory of
epidemiological data such as age, type of tumor, treatment
administered, course of the disease, place of residence
and many other important information can allow you to
draw precise conclusions on frequency and probability
healing of specific forms of cancer. Possible
causes, ie any external harmful factors, and the
long-term consequences of the disease and treatment
they must be able to be studied and analyzed also
years away, to positively influence e
lasting the chances of onset and of care of these
pathologies. The Swiss Register of Pediatric Tumors
(RSTP), a national population-based registry
which collects data concerning childhood neoplasms in
Switzerland, notes all new cases, documents the treatments
and presents long-term investigations. In this way, guarantees
an important contribution to registration
of the causes of cancer, prevention and improvement of the
treatments and avoids late consequences.
The essential in brief.
The number of tumors increases ...
In the period 2008-2012 they were diagnosed about
21,000 new cancers per year among men and 17,500 between
women. Compared to the five-year period 2003-2007, they are
therefore verified 2000 more cases for each of the two
sexes. Approximately 42,000 new diagnoses are estimated for 2015
of cancer, 23,000 among men and 19,000 among them
women.
... as the population ages
The main reason for the increase in cancer cases
can be identified in the demographic trend and,
more precisely, in the strong aging of the population.
Indeed, considering all types of cancer, between
1998 and 2012, the risk of incidence remained almost constant

unchanged; considering the standardized rates, that is
rates corrected by the effects of demographic trends,
the increase does not exceed 1 percent among women, while
for men there is a decline of 4 percent.
Four types of cancer make up half
of new cases
Among men, 53 percent of new registered cases
every year it consists of prostate tumors, of the lung
and from colorectal tumors. For women, however, in
51 percent of the cases are breast and lung cancers
and of colorectal tumors. No other location
affects more than 7 percent of new cases of cancer.
This report contains exhaustive data on 22 types of
tumor and, for the first time, presents information on
more rare tumor forms.
The risk of incidence evolves differently over time
depending on the type of tumor
Between 1998 and 2012, the incidence of new cases of melanoma
and thyroid cancer is further increased
for both sexes. The same happened with the tumor
of the lung in the woman.
On the other hand, incidence rates significantly decreased
of laryngeal and stomach tumors as well as
in women, of cervical cancer.
Decreasing mortality for most types
of tumor
In the period 1983-2012 the standardized mortality rates
by age they fell 27 percent for women
and 36 percent for men. From 1998 mortality
it is in decline especially for laryngeal tumors, of the
stomach,
of the cervix, the breast, the prostate, i
colorectal tumors and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The rate of
mortality related to lung cancer is decreasing
only for men, while for women it continues to
increase markedly.
About 16,000 people die of cancer every year
In Switzerland, cancer causes 9,000 deaths each year
between men and 7,000 among women; 30 percent of the
deaths in men and 23 percent of those in women
they are due to the tumors. For men, 22 percent of the
deaths due to cancer is due to lung cancer, the
15 percent to prostate cancer and 10 percent
at the colorectal tumor. For women, breast cancer
is responsible for 19 percent of cancer deaths,
15 percent lung cancer and cancer
colorectal
10 percent. Overall, the tumor
of the lung is the form of cancer that causes the most
number of deaths (about 3000 per year).

The Ticino Cancer League supports and promotes scientific research in the oncology field through the Ticino Cancer Research Foundation.
The Ticino Foundation for Cancer Research was founded in 1984 thanks to an important private donation of about 1 million Swiss francs, with the agreement of the Ticino League against cancer which, by statute, holds the majority of seats on the board of foundation.
Since then, the Ticino Cancer League has delegated to this Foundation the task of subsidizing cancer research in Italian Switzerland while guaranteeing funding, which varies from year to year.
Thanks to the important help of the Ticino League against cancer, the Foundation has been able to finance projects for over 5 million francs for almost 30 years.
Which research is it?
Funding is aimed at projects ranging from the creation of a database on lymphogenous tumors (unique in Switzerland) to studies on the molecular mechanisms underlying the lymphomas of the stomach, from the evaluation of the pharmacological behavior of many new drugs to the creation of models that allow us to design new types of anti-tumor therapies.
All these projects take place in collaboration with major academic centers and
funding is guaranteed only after a very severe evaluation by national and international experts.
Italian Switzerland can therefore make a qualified contribution to this huge global research movement which will one day finally overcome the various cancer diseases.
All the enormous progress made in this field over the past 50 years has been the result of well-conducted and coordinated research. We can therefore say with confidence that this will happen in the future, especially if the necessary financial resources are guaranteed.

True, All these Institutions act (at least in appearance) for Noble Causes, where Millions of Francs are spent each year in the search for Cancer and where the same Health Funds have to pay out money (can even exceed 180,000 Francs for each patient charged) and, where unfortunately not all treatments are recognized by them. Furthermore, I would like to point out that sometimes these treatments that sometimes can last for years, have as regards to the side effects on patients "DEVASTATING EFFECTS" and with few GUARANTEES of Total HEALING for the same.
Here, I want to refer to the Hippocratic Oath that is given by the surgeons and dentists before starting the profession. It takes its name from Hippocrates to whom the oath is attributed.
"I will refrain from harm and injury.
I will not administer to anyone, even if required, a deadly drug, nor will I suggest such advice. "
Modern oath.
The oath, in the form below, was deliberated by the central committee of the National Federation of the orders of surgeons and dentists on March 23, 2007.
"Aware of the importance and solemnity of the deed I perform and of the commitment I take, I swear:
to practice medicine in freedom and independence of judgment and behavior, avoiding any undue influence;
to pursue the defense of life, the protection of the physical and mental health of man and the relief of suffering, to which I will inspire with responsibility and constant scientific, cultural and social commitment, all my professional actions;
to treat every patient with equal scruple and commitment, regardless of ethnicity, religion, nationality, social condition and political ideology and promoting the elimination of all forms of discrimination in the health field;
to never perform suitable acts to deliberately provoke the death of a person;
to abstain from any diagnostic and therapeutic obstinacy;
to promote the therapeutic alliance with the patient based on trust and mutual information, respecting and sharing the principles that inspire medical art;
to stick to my work in the ethical principles of human solidarity against which, respecting life and the person, I will never use my knowledge;
to put my knowledge at the disposal of the progress of medicine;
to entrust my professional reputation exclusively to my competence and my moral qualities;
to avoid, even outside of professional practice, any act and behavior that may adversely affect the dignity and the dignity of the profession;
to respect colleagues even in case of conflict of opinions;
to respect and facilitate the right to free choice of doctor;
to provide urgent assistance to those who need it and to put me in the case of public disasters available to the competent authority;
to observe professional secrecy and to protect the confidentiality of all that is confided to me, that I see or have seen, understood or intuited in the exercise of my profession or because of my state;
to lend my work, in science and conscience, with diligence, skill and prudence and equity, observing the deontological norms that regulate the practice of medicine and those that are not in contrast with the aims of my profession. »
Personally now I ask myself, but if the doctors are aware that sometimes these medicines have devastating effects on the patient, they do not go against their own oath by turning it into a perjury ???
Here the Discourse could become Long and Wide without getting in the way of Nothing, since there would always be a thousand Scams for justifications (which would ultimately remain

always and then only justifications) but, certainly would not bring benefits for patients, for this reason I prefer to move to the concrete side of the matter.
Initially I had talked about a 4 month cure with guaranteed, total healing without any side effect for patients.

This therapy is carefully based on Citicoline, Methylcobalamin, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vit. E) and Melatonin.
 What is Citicoline and what is it for?
Citicoline is a very well tolerated drug which, in general, does not cause significant side effects and does not interact with other medicines and is also a supportive treatment in Parkinsonian syndromes.
"Various studies have shown the action of Citicoline in the synthesis of membrane phospholipids, protein metabolism, neurotransmitter pattern and energy status of the cell. What is most important in these studies is the intervention of Citicoline in the mechanism of DNA repair, which also represents the origin of retinitis pigmentosa ".
"By using Citicoline as the main element in the treatment, it is interfering at the genetic level, offering the cellular repair mechanism the possibility of correcting the mutation occurred through the nucleotide bases that originate from the metabolism of Citicoline.
Citicoline carries out its activity: at the level of the alterations of the neuronal metabolism, at the level of neurotransmission, at the level of hemodynamic disorders.
Cerebrovascular affections on a traumatic, degenerative and atherosclerotic basis and the consequent pathological manifestations: neurological, mental and intellectual disorders. Headache, dizziness, paresthesias, tremors, tinnitus.
Citicolina, a natural and economic drug, is miraculous for many diseases.
 What is Methylcobalamin, and what is it for?
Methylcobalamin plays an essential role in maintaining optimal health and adequate levels of functioning in the nervous, immune and circulatory systems. As for the
energy production and support of neurological functions, this compound is considered a very powerful and effective form of vitamin B12.
Like other forms of vitamin B12, methylcobalamin is easily found in nature, although its presence is limited to some animal products. The natural sources of this vitamin include eggs, poultry, crustaceans, fish, dairy products and red meat.
Whether in pharmaceutical or natural forms, methylcobalamin is easily absorbed by the human body, and is delivered via the bloodstream to the brain, the nervous system and the liver. Once this cobalamin coenzyme is absorbed by the human body, it contributes to the production of red blood cells.
Methylcobalamin deficiencies can lead to pernicious anemia and metabolic disorders, as well as some disorders of the nervous system. Individuals suffering from certain autoimmune disorders are also at risk of developing methylcobalamin deficiencies, since their digestive system is often unable to absorb this form of vitamin B12 naturally.
When maintaining adequate levels of this cobalamin, individuals can enjoy a nervous, immune and circulatory system that works very well. Because of its direct effect on the brain, this supplement can help increase mental functions such as memory, attention and other cognitive operations.
It is also believed that methylcobalamin helps the body to synthesize melatonin more effectively and therefore helps regulate sleep cycles and the body's circadian rhythms. In some medical tests, this supplement has also shown to reverse nerve degeneration and to promote the regeneration of nerve tissue in individuals affected by disorders such as multiple sclerosis and glaucoma.
Another important benefit that comes from an adequate intake of this cobalamin compound is that it can help protect the human body from harmful toxins, thereby promoting general health and well-being and reducing the chances of being affected by disease.
What is Tocopheryl Acetate, and what is it for?
The α-tocopherol acetate or vitamin E acetate is the chemical compound of formula C31H52O3, under normal conditions it appears as a viscous oily liquid of pale yellow color.
The d-α-tocopherol acetate form is present in many natural foods and in vegetable germ oils.

Like all vitamin E esters it has an incredible antioxidant capacity, being able to fight free radicals and thus avoiding the cellular damage that these involve.
Tocopherol is however much more than just an ingredient.
Let's see specifically what are the properties and benefits of tocopherol.
As has been said, it boasts antioxidant properties which make it able to prevent wrinkles and to maintain intact the youth and elasticity of the skin. It is now well known that the oxidative damage of free radicals alter the conditions of the cells to such a degree that many problems can be encountered: skin aging, neurodegenerative diseases and, in more extreme cases, cancer.
Vitamin E has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cells, which is a part of the musculature of blood vessels that plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis.
Some recent studies have shown that the tocopherol range may play an important role in the prevention of type 1 diabetes.
Vitamin E has a very important function also in the defense of the body against cardiovascular diseases. It greatly reduces the risk of contracting stroke, myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease.
The right intake of tocopherol allows you to monitor the levels of LDL cholesterol, increasing those HDL. Acting directly on the cells, this important substance causes the immune system to strengthen considerably, thus preventing the risk of infections and inflammation.
Tocopherol is particularly effective in the prevention of some types of cancer, such as the cervix (papillomavirus), the colon, the prostate and the gold-pharyngeal.
What is Melatonin, and what is it for?
Melatonin is a substance produced by our organism capable of correctly regulating the circadian rhythm. But when - for various reasons - it is not synthesized, here are the disturbances of sleep, which undermine our well-being.
Melatonin is a very important hormone for the health of our body and mind. The discovery of its existence is relatively recent and dates back to 1958, the year in which it was isolated for the first time in the epiphysis, a gland located in the brain of a cow.
The discovery is due to Aaron Lerner (1920 - 2007), an American physicist and researcher who wrote his name in the history of medicine for the design of a skin grafting technique for patients with vitiligo. Melatonin is a hydro-liposoluble hormone that is secreted predominantly by a gland located in the brain and known as the pineal gland or epiphysis. The main role of melatonin, whose production by the body is minimal in the first months of life, is the regularization of the circadian rhythm.
In this case it can be said that our body is a marvelous machine, as the production of melatonin drops drastically when light signals arrive to the retina. At the moment when it begins to fall dark, production increases, which is why it happens that you begin to feel a certain level of fatigue, which changes from person to person.
Melatonin and cancer: what science says
Several studies carried out over the last 20 years have shown a correlation between the intake of melatonin and the reduction, even if minimal, of the size of solid tumors. This happens thanks to the inhibition of the production of blood vessels of the cancer cells.
The most famous of these, released in the journal Plos One, was performed in Brazil, to be precise in Rio. The role of melatonin was also investigated by Professor Luigi Di Bella, who created many discussions with his theories in the late 90s.
Simply put, this Antitumoral 4-month Therapy heals from Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Leukemia and more without causing Side Effects for the Patient. Guaranteed 100 per 100 and with a cost for health insurance, for its safe effects of Success, of about 10,000 francs far from 180,000.
Someone may wonder how I know and for my part the answer is very simple: I have been using it for 10 days since I was suffering from a late stage cancer on my friend's advice Prof. Francesco Dario Labate, cardiologist, angiologist and researcher. He cares with Excellent Results for many years already many patients .... All Healed without exception whatsoever ...
For me, for several months, I could no longer travel three meters away that I was bending into two from the pain, I was breathless and I had strong faecal blood loss ... in these few days of treatment, physically I recovered and all the symptoms have disappeared and the body reacts very well, not having any side effects ...

For this same reason I am willing to remain under the oncological control here in the Canton of Ticino, to demonstrate to Swissmedic the effectiveness of this care of Dr. Francesco Dario Labate and to recognize this care officially here in Switzerland, without having to induce me to believe that all of these millions that are spent annually on cancer research is not simply a mere political gamble of inequitable gain, but certainly not for the very health of patients.
A Good Intenditor ... Fate vobis.
With the appropriate use of CITICOLINE, dosages and therapeutic associations, a new frontier opens up. (Also this is a cure that can be done directly at home)
